Pelican Alvor sits in a quiet residential area of Alvor, a former fishing village 1.7 km from the centre. Alvor Beach is 2 km away, and Praia da Rocha Beach is within a 10-minute drive. The Ria do Alvor Natural Reserve, with its scenic boardwalks and birdlife, is a short walk from the hotel. Free private parking is available on-site, and a bus stop is 500 metres away.

Each apartment has a spacious balcony, a full kitchenette, and separate living and sleeping areas. Kitchens include a dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker.
